行政手続き（住民登録、国民健康保険、マイナンバーカード、年金加入）
日本での生活を始めるためには、住民登録、国民健康保険、マイナンバーカード、国民年金などの行政手続きが必要です。ふじやま国際学院では、留学ビザで入学する学生が安心して日本での生活を始められるよう、行政手続きをサポートしています。
入学後、富士河口湖町に住む学生については、学校スタッフが富士河口湖町役場に付き添い、必要な手続きについて案内します。
To begin life in Japan, you must complete various administrative procedures, such as resident registration, National Health Insurance enrollment, obtaining a My Number Card, and enrolling in the National Pension System. At Fujiyama International Academy, we provide support with these administrative procedures so that students entering the school on a student visa can start their lives in Japan with peace of mind.
After enrollment, for students living in Fujikawaguchiko Town, school staff will accompany them to the Fujikawaguchiko Town Hall and guide them through the necessary procedures.

日本の行政手続きは、初めての方には分かりにくいこともあります。学校スタッフが手続きの流れや必要な書類について説明し、学生がスムーズに手続きを進められるようサポートします。
※ 富士河口湖町以外の市区町村に住む学生については、原則として各自でお住まいの市区町村の役所・役場にて手続きを行ってください。 必要な手続きについて分からないことがある場合は、学校スタッフに相談してください。
Administrative procedures in Japan can sometimes be difficult to understand for first-time applicants. School staff will explain the process and the required documents to help students complete the procedures smoothly.
* Students residing in municipalities other than Fujikawaguchiko Town should, as a general rule, complete the necessary procedures at the municipal office in their area of residence. If you have any questions about the required procedures, please consult with school staff.

生活、仕事、在留資格などについて、さまざまな言語で相談できる窓口を紹介しています。日本語での相談が難しい場合にも利用できます。 - ■ 図書館の利用
地域の図書館を利用し、本を読んだり、勉強したりすることで、地域での生活をより充実させることができます。 - ■ 銀行口座の開設
日本でアルバイトをする場合、給与を銀行口座で受け取ることがあります。銀行口座の開設についても必要に応じてサポートします。
※アルバイトをするためには、資格外活動許可（アルバイトの許可）が必要です。また、銀行によって口座開設の条件が異なる場合があります。 - ■ 社会福祉協議会との交流
地域の社会福祉協議会が開催するイベントなどに参加する機会があります。クリスマス会など、地域の日本人住民と交流できるイベントもあります。 - ■ 地域住民との交流会
富士河口湖町と学校が協力して、学生と地域住民が交流するイベントを実施しています。地域の方々と交流しながら、日本の文化や地域の生活を学ぶことができます。 - ■ SIM・携帯電話の契約サポート
日本で生活するために必要な携帯電話やSIMカードの契約についてもサポートします。場合によっては、携帯電話会社のスタッフが学校に来校し、学内で契約会を実施することもあります。
日本での生活に慣れるまでには、分からないことや困ることもあるかもしれません。

■ Yamanashi Prefecture Consultation Services for Foreign Residents
We provide information on consultation services available in various languages regarding daily life, work, and residency status. These services are also available for those who have difficulty communicating in Japanese.
■ Using the Library
By using your local library to read books and study, you can enrich your life in the community.
■ Opening a Bank Account
If you work part-time in Japan, you may receive your wages through a bank account. We provide support for opening a bank account as needed.
*Note: To work part-time, you must obtain a Permit for Activities Outside the Scope of Your Status of Residence (part-time work permit). Additionally, requirements for opening an account may vary by bank.
■ Interaction with the Social Welfare Council
You will have opportunities to participate in events organized by the local Social Welfare Council. There are also events, such as Christmas parties, where you can interact with local Japanese residents.
■ Community Exchange Events
Fujikawaguchiko Town and the school collaborate to organize events where students and local residents can interact. Through these interactions, you can learn about Japanese culture and local life.
■ Support for SIM Cards and Cell Phone Contracts
We also provide support for signing up for cell phone service and SIM cards, which are necessary for daily life in Japan. In some cases, staff from cell phone carriers may visit the school to hold sign-up sessions on campus.
Until you get used to life in Japan, you may encounter things you don’t understand or situations that cause you trouble.

You can consult with us about Japanese study methods and class-related matters. Whether you’re struggling with “I’m studying but not making much progress” or “I don’t know how to study,” our school staff and teachers will work with you to find solutions.

We offer preparation for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). The JLPT is the most widely recognized Japanese language proficiency exam. We provide support not only for exam preparation but also for the application process.

Through our school’s original videos, we share information useful for learning Japanese and living in Japan. You can enjoy learning Japanese even outside of class hours.

ビザ サポート Visa Support
■ COE申請サポート
日本の日本語学校への留学を希望する方は、原則として**COE（Certificate of Eligibility／在留資格認定証明書）**の申請が必要です。
ふじやま国際学院では、入学希望日の6～7か月前を目安に、COE申請に必要な書類の準備を開始します。
申請には、学歴、経費支弁、資金状況などについての書類が必要です。
まずは、ご自身がCOE申請の条件を満たしているか、学校までお問い合わせください。
■留学ビザ・資格外活動許可
COE交付後は、原則として母国などの日本大使館・領事館で留学ビザの申請を行います。
また、日本でアルバイトをする場合には、**「資格外活動許可」**が必要です。
資格外活動許可とは、現在の在留資格「留学」で認められている活動以外の活動、例えばアルバイトなどの就労活動を行うための許可です。
ふじやま国際学院では、資格外活動許可の申請についても手続きのサポートを行っています。
■在留期間更新
在学中に在留期間の更新が必要になった場合は、原則として、ふじやま国際学院が更新手続きをサポートします。ただし、出席状況が良好でない場合（出席率85％未満）や、学習・成績面で大きな問題がある場合などは、学校による取次ぎではなく、学生本人が入管で手続きを行っていただく場合があります。
在留資格に関する手続きは、学生生活を続けるうえで大切な手続きです。
ふじやま国際学院では、学生が安心して日本での学習を続けられるよう、必要な手続きについて丁寧にサポートします。
■ COE Application Support
As a general rule, those wishing to study at a Japanese language school in Japan must apply for a **COE (Certificate of Eligibility)**.
At Fujiyama Japanese Language School, we begin preparing the documents required for the COE application approximately 6 to 7 months before your desired enrollment date.
The application requires documents regarding your educational background, financial support, and financial status.
First, please contact the school to confirm whether you meet the eligibility requirements for the COE application.
■ Student Visa and Permission for Activities Outside the Scope of Status of Residence
After the COE is issued, you will generally apply for a student visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your home country or another country.
Additionally, if you wish to work part-time in Japan, you will need **“Permission for Activities Outside the Scope of Status of Residence”**.
A Permit for Activities Outside the Scope of Status of Residence is authorization to engage in activities not permitted under your current “Student” status of residence, such as part-time work.
Fujiyama Japanese Language School provides support for the application process for the Permit for Activities Outside the Scope of Status of Residence.
■ Renewal of Period of Stay
If you need to renew your period of stay while enrolled, Fujiyama Japanese Language School will generally assist you with the renewal procedures. However, if your attendance record is poor (attendance rate below 85%) or if there are significant issues with your academic performance, you may be required to handle the procedures yourself at the Immigration Bureau rather than having the school act as your agent.
Procedures related to your status of residence are essential for continuing your student life.

緊急時 In an emergency
避難訓練・病院付き添い
ふじやま国際学院では、学生が安心して学校生活を送れるよう、日頃から防災・安全対策に取り組み、緊急時にも必要なサポートを行っています。
主なサポート
- ■ 避難訓練（年2回）
学校主催の避難訓練を年2回実施しています。地震や火災などの災害が発生した際に、安全に避難できるよう、避難経路や避難方法を確認します。 - ■ 地域の避難訓練への参加
山梨県警察などが主催する、富士山・富士河口湖地域の避難訓練にも参加し、地域と連携した防災・安全教育を行っています。 - ■ 災害時の転校支援
災害などにより、現在の場所で学習を続けることが難しくなった場合には、状況に応じて他の日本語学校などへの転校についても支援します。 - ■ 緊急時の病院付き添い
病気やけがなどで病院を受診する必要がある場合、状況に応じて学校スタッフが病院への付き添いなどを行います。
日本での生活では、予期せぬ災害や病気、けがなどが起こることがあります。
ふじやま国際学院では、日頃の備えを大切にするとともに、万が一の緊急時にも学生が安心して対応できるようサポートします。
Evacuation Drills and Hospital Accompaniment
At Fujiyama Japanese Language School, we implement daily disaster prevention and safety measures to ensure students can lead a secure school life, and we provide the necessary support in emergencies.
Main Support Services
■ Evacuation Drills (Twice a Year)
We conduct school-organized evacuation drills twice a year. These drills help students confirm evacuation routes and procedures so they can evacuate safely in the event of a disaster, such as an earthquake or fire.
■ Participation in Local Evacuation Drills
We participate in evacuation drills for the Mt. Fuji and Fujikawaguchiko regions organized by the Yamanashi Prefectural Police and other agencies, conducting disaster prevention and safety education in collaboration with the local community.
■ Support for Transferring Schools During Disasters
If it becomes difficult to continue studying at the current location due to a disaster or other circumstances, we provide support for transferring to another Japanese language school or similar institution, depending on the situation.
■ Hospital Accompaniment in Emergencies
If a student needs to visit a hospital due to illness or injury, school staff will accompany them to the hospital as appropriate.
While living in Japan, unexpected disasters, illnesses, or injuries can occur.
