必要書類一覧　List of Required Documents for COE

日本で留学するには、まず「在留資格認定証明書（COE）」の交付を受ける必要があります。

ふじやま国際学院では、入学予定者に代わってCOEの申請手続きを行います。

COE申請に必要な書類は、下のリストアイコンをクリックしてご確認ください。

To obtain a student visa in Japan, people must first apply for a residence permit （This is called COE; Certificate Of Eligibility）at the Immigration Bureau in Tokyo. Fujiyama JLS will apply for COE on behalf of the applicant (prospective student).

募集定員に達し次第、受付を終了します。

出願をご希望の方は、まずふじやま国際学院へお問い合わせください。

Applications will be closed when the numbers of applicants are occupied.

Prospective students (or their study abroad agent) should first contact Fujiyama Japanese Language School.

書類の提出期限

4月入学：入学前年の10月15日
10月入学：入学年の5月15日

Deadline for submission of original documents

For April applicants: October 15 of the previous year
For October applicants: May 15 of the year of application.

個人で出願される方へ

WSDBは、COE（在留資格認定証明書）申請書類を作成するためのオンラインシステムです。スマートフォンから必要事項を入力できます。

ご入力いただいた内容をもとに、ふじやま国際学院が出入国在留管理庁へ申請を行います。入力内容に誤りがないよう、十分ご確認ください。

お問い合わせをいただいた後、ふじやま国際学院よりログインIDとパスワードをご案内します。

Dear Individual applicant(s)

WSDB is a system to make an application form. This is on-line system and you can fill up your information by using your smartphone.
We will submit the documents to the Immigration Bureau based on the information you entered, so please make sure there are no mistakes.

Fujiyama JLS will inform you of your login ID and password after receiving your inquiry.
