気温が8度以下の日が3週間すると紅葉の見頃になるそうです。
kion ga hachi do ika no hi ga san-syuukan suru to kooyoo no migoro ni naru soo desu.
It is said that the best time to see the autumn leaves is 3 weeks after the temperature goes down 8 degrees or less.

今年の河口湖は11月下旬かな。
kotoshi no kawaguchiko wa jyuu-ichi-gatsu gejyun kana.
This best timing this year is late November in Kawaguchiko area I guess.
