Yamanashi kenjin wa,`fujisan ga arukara taifuu wa soreru’ to yoku iu.

People in Yamanashi often say, ” The typhoon deviates, because there is Mt. Fuji, “

Sore ga koojite, saigai ga nakute anzenna tokoroda to iu hito mo iru.

It becomes more extreme, and some people say that it is a safe place without disaster.

Hatashite hontou darou ka?

Is it true?

oojishin ni kanshite ieba, katsu dansoo ga ikutsu ka ari, risuku wa tafuken to kawaranai.

Speaking of major earthquakes, there are several active faults, and the risk is not different from other prefectures.

  Dewa, taifuu wa?

  So what about a typhoon?

Rikujoo ni agaru to seiryoku ga otoroeru node, chokugeki o ukeru to iu koto wa soo nai kamo shirenai .

When the typhoon rises on land, loses its power, so it is unlikely that it will be hit directly.

Daga, 1959-nen no taifū 15-goo de wa kennai no shisha yukue fumei-sha 89-mei, ryuushitsu zenkai kaoku 1911-ko to iu dai higai o ukete iru.

But typhoon No. 15 in 1959 caused serious damage in Yamanashi prefecture, with 89 dead or missing people and 1911 sheltered or destroyed houses.

Saikin no ondan-ka ni yoru oogata-ka, Kantou chihou chokugeki no taifuu no oosa kara itte yudan wa kinmotsuda.

Recently, typhoons have become larger due to global warming and often hit the Kanto region directly.

Shuui o yama ni kakomarete irunode, ittan saigai ga okoru to, riku no kotoo ni nari, butsuryuu ga sutoppu shite shimau.

Yamanashi is surrounded by mountains. When a disaster occurs, it becomes like a solitary island and stops logistics.

Risuku kara me o somukezu, mazu mizu ya shokuryoo no bichiku o surubekida.

We should stock up on water and food first, keeping our eyes on the risks.
